Andrés Monclut serves as the Turrell Fund’s Senior Director of Grants Management and Research. Andrés supports the work of the Fund by managing the grants database and processing—from intake to preliminary financial due diligence—as well as other systems, procedures, and special projects.

Before officially joining the Turrell Fund, Andrés interned at the Fund, working on grant intake and grantee site visits. Andrés also volunteered at the Newark Debate Academy and the Rutgers University-Newark Debate Team for judging (NDA) and administrative support (NDA and RUN-Debate). Administrative support entailed reviewing and organizing financial documents and creating expense reports for debate tournaments and other debate-related expenses.

Andrés has a Bachelor’s degree in public administration and a Master’s degree in public administration, both from Rutgers University-Newark.
